Services
How we work
Designing involves steering a complex process, transforming requirements, sites, materials and constraints into a coherent architectural whole. We offer services covering every stage of the project: from the initial concept to completion, from research to the building site, and from the selection of materials to the finalisation of details.
We work on residential properties, interiors, workspaces, public spaces and experimental projects, adapting our approach to different climatic and cultural contexts.
The stages of the project

01
Listening and analysis
Every project begins with a conversation. We seek to understand habits, needs, constraints and expectations. We study the site, the climate, the shadows, the views, the existing conditions, the available materials and the relevant regulatory framework. During this phase, we define the functional and requirements framework, which forms the basis on which the project is built.
02
Concept
We translate our observations into a clear direction. The concept is not an image, but a strategy: the relationship between solid and void, orientation, light, ventilation, the atmosphere of the spaces, and the relationship with the landscape. We present alternative scenarios and discuss them with the client, assessing the spatial, financial and time-related implications.
03
Project development
We develop the project in detail, moving from the overall scale down to the level of individual spaces. We use digital modelling, climate simulations, material studies and preliminary cost estimates to guide our decisions. During this phase, we define floor plans, sections, facades, interior layouts and services plans, right through to the final and construction-ready design.
04
Details and materials
Every decision regarding details and materials is carefully assessed: durability, maintenance, thermal performance, compatibility with the surroundings and with the project concept. We design construction details, connections between elements, built-in furniture and bespoke solutions, working with craftsmen, contractors and technical consultants.
05
Construction site and construction
We work closely with the client and the contractor during the construction phase, monitoring timelines, costs, the quality of the work and adherence to the original objectives. We provide support for decisions made during the construction process to ensure the design remains intact and the project remains sustainable overall, from handover through to the first few months of the space’s use.
Areas of focus

Residential and public & commercial architecture
We design homes, villas and specialist projects in which climate, proportions and materials shape the quality of the space. We undertake new builds, extensions and the refurbishment of existing buildings, paying particular attention to complex sites, listed properties and variable climatic conditions. The design is guided by a precise understanding of the site and the application of passive strategies, light control, natural ventilation and energy efficiency, integrating reversible construction solutions wherever possible.

Interior design and renovations
We rethink interior spaces by focusing on natural materials, controlled lighting, proportions and functionality. We define layouts, built-in furniture, finishes and construction details, coordinating every stage of the project right through to the building site. The aim is to enhance the comfort, atmosphere and character of the space, whilst ensuring structural integrity and durability.

Research and experimentation
We develop experimental projects using contemporary materials and techniques: 3D printing, dry-formed components, recycled materials, passive climate control systems, structural prototypes and digitally optimised construction solutions. Our research stems from our design practice and collaboration with universities, laboratories and companies. Where possible, this translates into physical models, performance testing and practical applications within the studio’s projects, including bespoke prefabrication processes and digital stereotomy.
